Questions
Frequently asked
Can my child attend any session, or are they assigned one?
When you enrol, you select a preferred session based on availability. Sessions are allocated by year level and can fill up quickly. If your preferred session is full, we will place you in the next available one.
What happens if we miss a class?
Life happens! If your child cannot attend, please let the school know in advance. Teachers may provide catch-up materials. Regular attendance is encouraged as it significantly impacts learning progress.
How is the online session different from in-person?
The online session follows the same curriculum and is taught by the same qualified teachers. It is live and interactive — not pre-recorded. Students use video conferencing software and participate in real time. This option is ideal for families outside the Greater Western Sydney area.
Do classes run during NSW public holidays?
Classes do not run during NSW school holidays. We follow the NSW school term calendar. Any additional closures (e.g. public holidays that fall on a Saturday) are communicated to families via the school newsletter.
What year levels do you cater for?
We cater for a broad range of learners, from complete beginners (including young children starting primary school) through to senior students. Placement is based on an assessment at enrolment to ensure every student is in the right level group.
Is there a uniform or dress code?
There is no formal school uniform. Students are encouraged to dress comfortably and respectfully. During cultural events and school functions, wearing Punjabi traditional attire is welcomed and celebrated.
